Footballer Ben Davis has defaulted upon his national minister to commitments, the Ministry of Defence (Mindef) said in a confirmation yesterday.In admission to queries from The Straits Times, Mindef said: "Mr Benjamin Davis is an NS defaulter. He failed to bank account for NS as required. He is then staying overseas without a valid exit permit."Mr Davis has operational offences under the Enlistment Act, and is blamed upon conviction to a fine of stirring to $10,000 and/or imprisonment of stirring to three years."
